Robert E. Shor
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits, Rob has specialized in the field of executive benefits since 1976. In 1982 he formed Benefits Group WorldWide, which designs, implements, funds, and administers nonqualified benefit plans for mid-size and large publicly owned companies. Rob has a degree in Economics from UCLA and was granted the CLU designation by the American College of Life Underwriters in 1972. He is a member of the American Society of CLU and is a past Director of the Los Angeles Association of Life Underwriters. As a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters, he has worked effectively with Congress as an industry spokesman.
Trish Bennett
President & Chief Operating Officer
As President & COO, Trish's primary objectives include achieving operational directives, strategic planning, and developing and supervising direct reports from all operational departments. She has been with BGW since November 2000. As Senior Vice President - Administration, Trish was responsible for overall company administration and as Vice President - Client Services, she serviced a variety of clients, from administration of plans legal aspects through communications and record keeping. Previously, Trish spent three years as Manager, Human Resources Contract Services, and HR consultant at RSM McGladrey, Inc. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as Managing Partner in her own business, providing a wide range of HR, marketing and benefit consulting services. Additionally, Trish was Vice President of Administration for an international aerospace firm, where she implemented the first pension plan, an executive split dollar plan and employee benefit plans and was responsible for shareholder and employee communications during her multi-year tenure.
Kevin Morgan, CRSP
Senior Vice President – Client Services
Kevin manages the Clients Services Group, the consulting and administrative arm of Benefits Group WorldWide. Joining BGW in 2001, Kevin possesses twenty years of experience in the design of non qualified and qualified retirement programs. He has provided consulting services for firms such as Watson Wyatt World Wide and Towers Perrin. Kevin also has provided trustee and financial services with large financial institutions such as Bank of America and Union Bank of California. Kevin holds the designation of Certified Retirement Services Professional as accredited by the American Bankers Association. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University, Detroit.
Evangeline Siacunco
Senior Vice President – Financial Analysis & Underwriting
Evangeline is responsible for technical marketing support, plan design, client services projections and insurance carrier relations. A member of the BGW-team since 2001, Evangeline previously worked at Mullin Consulting in Los Angeles (also in nonqualified field) and Insular Life Assurance Company in the Philippines (as a manager in the actuarial product development area). For more than 10 years she was the head of the Research Department at the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific (IIAP), a not-for-profit education and research organization servicing the life and property/casualty companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Her department prepared statistical analyses and relevant insurance studies, and also provided statistical/research support for the Association of ASEAN Insurance Commissioners. Evangeline holds a B.S. in Statistics from the University of the Philippines and received her M.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
