Senior Benefits Analyst
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of benefit plan-related
information for assigned clients. Establish and enforce policies and procedures designed to
maximize quality and minimize errors. Work in a hands-on fashion to teach,
solve problems, ensure consistency in methods of record keeping, and double
check reports of other analysts.
Experience
and Education
·
Series
6 and 63 desirable
·
College
degree (finance, accounting, or mathematics preferred) required
·
Three
years experience with Relius and/or plan conversion
process
·
Five
years experience with 401(k) and Qualified Pension and familiarity with
non-qualified deferred compensation plans and COLI highly desirable
·
Computer
literate, must know Microsoft Office, especially Excel
·
Internet
savvy
·
Must
be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently
·
Ability
to meet deadlines in a timely manner
·
Analytical
and detail oriented
·
Prior
experience in plan administration/recordkeeping required
·
Excellent
communications skills in documentation, training
·
Project
management skills
