General Responsibilities:

Support CEO and President with organizational, marketing, administrative and confidential matters. Handle updates of sales and marketing materials; coordinate with outside marketers; customize agreements and other company documents for new clients; assist with creation and update of Company Operations Manual and client Administrative Manuals; organize, coordinate and facilitate meetings, including travel arrangements; prepare meeting notes for conference calls and meetings; perform other duties as requested.
